Auto Glass Express Inc - Windshield & ADAS

Very much satisfied with the job they did and more importantly Saeed Ahmad taking care of of my concerns.

The folks at Auto Glass Express in Chantilly are top knotch!!! I cracked the roof glass on my Tesla Model Y and took the vehicle here to get the replacement installed. The entire process getting it scheduled, drop-off and pickup was EFFORTLESS! Work and other duties don't always allow me to be around my phone so it can be difficult to manage appointments. Saeed was great for calling and leaving a voicemail as well as sending a follow-up text. He called on Monday morning to advise the glass had arrived and a few texts later, I was set to drop it off the very next morning to complete the service. When I arrived for drop-off, I was immediately greeted by Saeed and another gentleman at the front desk. The check-in process took all of 3 minutes, the repair was completed in less than 3 hours and I picked it up later that afternoon. I have had zero issues since and would highly recommend trusting them with your glass repair. Thank you for an excellent experience!

I had a stress crack in my new car shortly after tinting it, not realizing the windshield was already compromised. They were able to quickly get my glass and slot me in for an appointment to replace it, the workers were quick and clean, and Saeed made the whole process seamless and transparent. Thank you!

auto glass express did an absolute wonderful job installing my front windshield on a car I imported from Japan. This minivan is a JDM car and not easy to install but they were very welcoming, got the installation done and looked great. They completed the task within just a couple hours. They treated me very friendly at the shop and I would highly recommend this automobile glass installation company to anyone . A+++++

This was an eccellent experience. I have been a customer for a long time with them and my profile and records were on their old computer system. Since they had recently begun migration of records from the old computer system to the new computer system, they took the time find my records on the old system and replaced the wondshield per warranty. There nothing i can complain about. Their service was greatly appreciated! Thank you guys!
