Was able to walk in and get my rock chip fixed in under 30 minutes. Was greeted promptly and courteously. Over all a great experience due to the circumstances.

Called yesterday and got an appointment today. Replaced my windshield. Looks great. And I think I got a good price. Was given different choices. Nice waiting room and friendly service.

A windshield repair nightmare. What should have been a smooth windshield replacement turned into numerous delays and failure to accommodate in an appropriate time to avoid any potential water/electrical damage. There is never a good time to resolve a mistake made, especially when it's on someone else's time. Being self employed and having to cancel jobs in order to resolve the issue, is not something anyone wants to deal with. A claim had been filed to have the repair done on 11/11. 11/15 @ roughly 3 pm, I noticed approx. 100 ML of water, pouring under the glove box, into the cab of the vehicle like a waterfall. Calling the business to inform them of a compromised windshield, they couldn't do anything that day and were closed on the weekends. (Later finding out the owner was out of town and couldnt get to it sooner) It was evident there were no concern to address this issue immediately. Potentially having further water damage as well as compromised electrical components, this should have been addressed ASAP. When asked what form of compensation would there be? Knowing the vehicle would now be sitting over the weekend, a response of, "we need to assess the situation before compensation can even be considered. I would also like to be there personally and need to check my calendar." - At this point in the conversation, I could have cared less if Mary Anderson rose from the dead to be there. I was told, there are numerous reasons why it could have failed. I.M.O. The probability of this issue being anything other than a failure of installment is less than 5%. You had one job and failed on numerous accounts. Initially, I intended to use safelite, and somehow, after clicking the first page that popped up after a Google search, was lead to this business. The female representative did an amazing job convincing me to use their service. Even informing her that I intended to use safelite for the repair and not their location. Partnered with my insurance company, the scheduling had been done quickly and efficiently. The loss of time, fuel, a pretentious attitude and failure to accommodate in an appropriate manner to minimize the amount of damage that occured, sets the bar very low for this business. Asking if $100 was enough for compensation, would be another slap on the face. Upon completion, he responds, I threw another $100 for you, as if that justifies the damages. You being out of town, unable to do the repairs sooner, should not be my problem.

Had a little rock chip, googled the first place that did rock chip repairs closest to me, gave them a call, The woman I spoke to easily got me scheduled for the next morning and took all My insurance insurance information ahead of time and it was completely covered. She was very friendly. Got there early this morning for my appointment, Jeremy was such a vibe, very friendly and outgoing, fixed the rock chip up super quickly! I would definitely recommend this business the service all around was a 10 out of 10! Thank you so much!
