Auto Glass Express Silver Spring - Windshield & ADAS

Clogged sunroof drains caused leaking into my car. The back drains on the panoramic sunroof are not accessible without removing the headliner and interior panels. Marlo explained exactly what he would do to fix the problem and completes the project in an hour. He offered a 6 month warranty on the work. The price was reasonable and way less than the dealership would charge. Nice guy. Always happy to support a small local business.

Phenomenal experience!! Wish I found them sooner. From the fast appointment, to the woman greeting me by name, comfortable waiting area, fast service about an hour in and out. They took me right away as soon as I arrived. Glass was already there ready to be installed. Can’t forget the person texting and scheduling the appointment. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!!! Thanks

The service is very good; professional from the initial phone call to the closing of the order. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to salvage the windshield tags and the mountings for the EZ-Pass transponder. When the job is finished you will be given post-installation instructions so that the sealant can cure properly, assuring a factory like installation.

From the receptionist to the employee who performed the windshield removal and replacement, the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. They explained each step of the process and were transparent about the cost which was reasonable. The service was quick and easy. I highly recommend this business.

Very nice and efficient staff. I called, a very courteous person was able to allocate windshield on their system for my car then scheduled with technician to help me same day. Great work, very professional, I even left with an extra pandora station.
