Very quick and easy experience on my windshield replacement. Staff was great, post installation instructions were clear, and everything was like clockwork. I will definitely recommend them!

The customer service of this place is top notch. I was in and out in an hour for an urgent repair I needed completed before a long trip. The staff working the front desk are excellent- be patient if calling as they are also working back and forth in the shop.

When I initially called, was able to get an appointment the next day. Wow - great service and a nice facility. When I made the appointment, there was a misunderstanding about front window vs. rear. No problem. Keith started the job to prepare the car for a new rear window. While that work was in progress, Keith went to get the correct window. The job was done in an hour. Nice facility compared to most independent repair shops. Coffee, water and cold water bottles. Restroom is relatively clean too.

Easy and quick! I needed a new windshield. I made the claim with my insurance company and auto glass reached out within an hour to set up an appointment. They were able to get me in the next business day and did a great job. The whole install took less than an hour. I had a cover that popped up a bit after the install and they offered to fix it right away. I am incredibly impressed with their speed and customer service.

This place provided excellent customer service. The guys were great to talk to and deal with. They jumped on the opportunity to help me and made it very quick and painless when other places had me waiting. However, the job came out pretty bad. Looks like it was done in 15 minutes and they vacuumed for 2. I hear glass rattling inside the trunk lid every time I close it now and there’s paint damage that wasn’t there before. They noticed I didn’t want to wait and helped with that, but they didn’t notice how much my car means to me. Had they slowed down and took a little extra time and care doing it, I’d rate 5 stars. If I could rate 2.5 I would but they are pleasant so 3/5.
