Great experience! The whole staff was amazing and very helpful. Cecilia was great over the phone getting my appointment scheduled. I ended up waiting there for the job to be finished and got to hear her speak with other clients. Very professional and extremely helpful. Leah got me checked in and out with ease. What a sweet human! Marshall did a wonderful job on the windshield and was a joy to talk to. My car was done in the quoted time with no issues. HIGHLY recommend!

Great communication, very friendly service, and they got everything done with the insurance company much faster than I was anticipating. I sure hate random rocks on the interstate, but I couldn't imagine the overall process being any easier than they made it! Highly recommend.

The convince of having the mobile service was nice but breaking / cutting my window flange and the technician did not report this to me at the time I paid over $460.00 for the replacement. I noticed the break/cut when I returned home. When I called customer service they said I need to call the supervisor on Monday. Better to go through your insurance company and replace at the Shop. An another Shady company in my opinion. And they came recommended by the Lexus dealership.

Friendly, fast service! Clean and professional. Very affordable! If you have to wait there is presentable indoor and outdoor seating. The receptionist said 2-2-1/2 hrs. The tech came and looked it over and said 1-1-1/2 hours, so I waited. Did I mention affordable! My brother was scaring me with $600 quotes. $300!
