The initial service was a reseal of my windshield but left there with a headache and costly repair when making the appointment I understood that the windshield may break and the clips to my side panels may break the clips not the panels. but nowI have to replace the right side and left side panels completely because they were destroyed. my poor little mini clubman has zero panels upon pick up and the nearest mini cooper deal is in Columbus Ohio they are taped up just to keep the water out of the car which is why I went there to prevent from happening the initial leak was on the driver side now I have to worry about my main computer getting wet I have 7 screw I have zero clue where they go because nothing was put back I wouldn't ever come back this place because I have thee same problem but worse now on both side now with exposed panels with a big chance and possible flood my clubman burn out my main brain computer system but hey I got a new freaking windshield right. Put that on a t shirt oh and I recommend not to go here

I have no notes for this service. The quote was better than Safelite. Scheduling was easy to complete. The technician showed up as scheduled and called in advance to let me know he would be there. He said he goes by Rod, so I will say thank you Rod for the quick and clean repair.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I had to have my windshield replaced. They were very quick in replacing it. I would highly recommend them.

I had a very pleasant experience a couple days ago with one of the mobile technicians. The tech had just finished a windshield replacement at one of my neighbors and as he was leaving I flagged him down to ask about a trim piece on the windshield of my 15 year old Honda Odyssey. He pulled in my driveway and within two minutes he had fixed my windshield trim. I asked how much I owed him and he said “no charge.” The tech said good customer service is his priority and the fix was simple. I was very grateful for his great customer service even though I was not a scheduled customer. I know if I ever needed any auto glass service, I will be calling Auto Glass Now of Charleston, WV. Definitely a 5-Star company!

Are technician Donovan arrived in a timely manner, he was professional, expertly installed our new windshield in a rather difficult and large service van. The price was reasonable and we will be using them again. In fact I rescheduled them back for Friday to complete a repair on another vehicle. Thank you Donovan and thank you Auto Glass Now
