Great PR, Connie ( receptionist) was very pleasant, engaging and gave me great suggestions regarding consulting with my insurance. The person who fixed my windshield ( I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) was also Great with communication. He took hime to explain the repairs that I needed for my car in the simplest form possible. I trusted his opinion because he validated my concerns and advised me on the right way forward. Thank you.

Calling the number for AGN is not the easiest of tasks, but it is what it is. The techs and front office at the N. Blackstone shop are amazing. Helpful, courteous timely they did what they said they would and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I will take my window needs to them from here on.

Connie got me an appointment so quick. She was so kind and fun to talk to. And when I got to the shop earlier than scheduled, they still took my car in right away and finished a superb job very fast. I think it was Juan that serviced my car. He was awesome. Only took about an hour! And best part. It ended up being cheaper than quoted. So glad someone (I don't know who) recommended this place to my hubby. Trustworthy and fast!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic experience! The technician was fast, friendly, and did an amazing job replacing my windshield. The price was very fair, and I loved that they texted me beforehand so I knew exactly when to expect them. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and hassle-free. It’s hard to find service this good these days. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto glass work! 🚗💨
