Auto Glass Now

Terrible communication. 18 day wait to get a windshield replacement and calibration. They couldn’t even do both in the same day. Excuses, no returned phone calls, emails, had to chase people, finally reaching out to my insurance company to chase em down. They were 3rd on a referral list.. 1st 2 glass companies were out of business on that list. Never even received an apology for leaving me waiting from 5-7pm for a tech, no call, no show, no apology. Just showed up at my work the next day like nothing happened, business as usual to finish the job. The tech couldn’t even find where I work after I clearly gave him directions, and acted like it was my fault. It has not rained yet, and any of the calibration features they needed to reset have not been utilized yet. So not sure if my vehicle is back to normal, the way it was before I let these people work on it. If it isn’t, I’m not calling them again. I will call my insurance company and find out where to go for proper service if need be. Update! It’s now the weekend, took my car to the car wash as they never cleaned the windshield, and lo and behold I’m wiping off water in the door jambs and there is scrapes and missing paint from probably someone standing on them or resting/scraping something on them. I’ve forwarded photos to them and my insurance company. I would NEVER use this company again, wish I could give negative stars. Doesn’t pay people to own and take care of your $42,000 vehicle when others don’t respect your property. We are customers are we not?? Wonder how the employees here would feel if someone did the things they have done to me and my vehicle to THEM and their personal vehicles! Bunch of losers

Frankie was the installer. He was great very friendly highly recommend at first I called Safelite. They were taking too long to even return a call and it took me a while to even get through to somebody and they still never even returned with an appointment. I called auto glass now they came up. The next day kept me informed they were great.

Met Frankie today for my windshield repair. He diid an excellent job!! Experts in the service for sure! Good customer service as well when scheduling the appointment.

Austin is an expert in his field! Very thorough and clean job. Polite and professional. Gave me a courtesy call to let me know when to expect him and if the weather looked like so we could plan accordingly on the days timeframe of service. I needed a windshield replacement due to damage from a gravel truck on the highway. He showed up, kindly met me at the door and introduced himself, laid out a clean space inside and outside the car, and got to work. Austin is a gem in the area of craftsmanship and professionalism in this area. If I ever have autoglass needs I will only be calling Austin from Auto Glass Now.

Mike and Joel did a great job from keeping us informed for appointment as we used mobile service . We were to have work done by another company who made us wait over a week,then called the night before to tell us mobile service not available. Able to get mobile appointment with Auto Glass via our ins.agent within a day. Window was replaced in less than 1 hour and calibration under an hour as well. They were both professional and also took time to explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend their service.
