Had an appointment for 8am and workers weren’t there yet. Was quoted $300 on the dot after taxes and everything for a windshield replacement, when time came to pay it was $324. Told the dude I had a quote and that wasn’t the quote, dude caught an attitude and was a smartass and I was told if they took to much off they weren’t making any money on the deal which isn’t my problem, they quoted me a price it needs to be that price. There was glass shards on my dash and my hood and my passenger seat that was NOT cleaned off which is a safety hazard. Bathroom was gross and place was dusty as all get out. Very unpleased with this place. Will NOT go back

I made an appointment and arrived about four hours early, but they were able to get me in right away. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and caring throughout the entire process. In about 35 minutes, my Jeep’s windshield was repaired, and you can barely tell where the rock chip was. The price was very reasonable, especially compared to several other places I contacted, which quoted much higher rates. I am extremely pleased with the service and will definitely return if I ever get another rock chip. If you need windshield repair, I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a great experience with Auto Glass Now after my daughter’s rear passenger window was busted out by a thief. Once they got into the door they discovered the window regulator was also broken and they didn’t have the part in stock. They did the legwork and tracked one down at the dealership for me. They also let me leave the car there while I was out of town on business waiting for the part to arrive. Once it came in, they had everything repaired in about an hour. Really appreciated the customer service, communication, and willingness to go the extra mile.

I’m satisfied with the work that was done on the windshield but I am not satisfied with how my vehicle was left dirty. The door sill on the driver and passenger side were not cleaned up after you being utilized. Also I am finding dog hair on the passenger side of my vehicle. Definitely not what I expected after spending hundreds of dollars.

Did they do a bad job? No. Did they do a good job? Also no. The windshield was dirty and covered in fingerprints. The broken tabs from god knows where were left loose in the cowl where the wipers rotate. The rubber surround on the driver’s side was torn, the one on the passenger side was installed incorrectly. When I went in to cancel the replacement for our other car and ask about the torn boot, she got defensive about another part they broke that I didn’t even know about. They glued a piece down but I think the chrome lip was supposed to go under the long piece of chrome trim. On top of that, the installer told me it wasn’t his job to clean up all of the broken parts. Look thing’s get old and need to be replaced from time to time, just be upfront about it. I would just avoid them.
