Auto Glass Now

While the install was great. The customer service experience was beyond poor. I received a quote through the online platform and immediately received a follow up call and email requesting my vehicle VIN to confirm the quote was accurate. I sent my VIN immediately and received no further follow up so I assumed everything was great. When I brought my car to the appointment, I was told that they ordered the wrong glass because I didn't provide my information (I had an email record sending them the info) and I would need to come back another day. I came back for the second appointment and install went well until I went to pay and was told the price would be $700 more than I was originally quoted because the quote was based on the original glass that was ordered. The glass was already installed and I wasn't informed that there would be a difference. Ultimately the service technician did a great job but there is no communication between the technicians and the sales representatives.

Spotless rear glass swap on my Model 3. Took care of it in under 2 hours, called me, and took care of insurance. This happened after 2 sequential screw-ups by Safelite: wrong glass, then no delivery. I'm never going anywhere else. Time is money.

A bit expensive, but competitive and better pricing to the area. (Full windshield replacement). The mechanic, Jay, did a great job, was helpful, informative and made sure I got the elements from my windshield placed onto my new windshield (toll pass, parking stickers, emissions check). I appreciated the service was done quickly, efficiently, and he was informative on the services performed!
