Everyone was super nice and the service was was fast. it was a rock repair but I felt like $100.00 was high for that type of service. I could still see the lines from the Crack after the repair. I fell like that was not usual as well. I have not real complaints.

The staff was very nice and friendly. What really stood out to me was how kind and respectful everyone was to each other within the office. Every person who walked through the door was greeted warmly, and all of the employees treated one another, as well as the technicians coming in and out to pick up vehicles, with courtesy and professionalism. They also took the time to look into another issue I was having and thoroughly explained everything to me. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and attention to detail.

I went in within an hour of getting a Crack in my front windshield. Mr Joe in the office was amazing and helped me understand what they would be doing. They were able to take my car back as soon as I got there. The gentleman that said he could fix it was so nice and professional and it did not take but maybe 20 min. I wish I could remember his name but he was great! Will definitely recommend and be using again if needed.

Excellent, very fast and affordable service! All of the gentlemen were very helpful, kind and a pleasure to do business with. They replaced my rear passenger side window after my window was broken due to a break in and theft..Thank you so much Mr. Ricky for getting that gum off of my windshield too!😁Also a special thank you to the other gentleman for my peppermint and tissues! 🤩

I would have given them an5 but NO! I will bullet point instead of paragraph. Too long. • got online quote from them 1st. Then Mr. B. AGN was cheaper but went w/ B b/c of location and hours on website. •Mr B ended up sending me to AGN b/c they don’t have a location nor work on Saturday like advertised. •AGN honored the initialed online quote plus a discount ❤️ •They were quick but damaged the seal at bottom of window very badly with holes. •They refused to fix it at first saying due to age. Until I noticed other cars around me that didn’t have the same issue around the same age •Ashley’s delivery was not pleasant. Said they would install if I bought the parts. •Kevin Dugger started out salty and then reverted due to no communication from staff. He is a good guy it seems but staff makes him look bad as manager. •Except Rodney. He was VERY cool. And the guy that works next to him seemed professional. •Not sure if the guy who initially worked on my car is related to the Dr. B family or not but he messed up my car. • I hope that I don’t have to go back there for faulty work and hope that they didn’t do any damages to my car out of spite when they replaced the damaged seal.
