Auto Glass Now

This is the second time we used Auto Glass Now for windshield replacement. Kim, Christina and Brandon are outstanding with their customer service! Very friendly, accommodating and very easy to work with. I wish other services were the same as this one! Thank you ALL!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received today getting my windshield replaced at their Norton location. They were quick, efficient and did a fantastic job. Booking was easy through the website and communication prior to the service was clear. During the service, Claudia at the front desk was a joy to be around and made the time pass pleasantly while I waited. My technician did an amazing job not only with the install of the windshield, but getting everything else reinstalled perfectly as well. My inspection sticker, the service sticker, my ez-pass transponder, etc. were all put on there better than the original installers. That man is legendarily good at his job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place if you need work done to the glass in your vehicle. I know should I need anything, I will absolutely be returning. I had a windshield replaced here. Before scheduling the appointment I provided all vehicle information including vin number. I was given a quote and set up the appointment. When I arrived to pick up the car the price had gone up by $300! I was told that he didn’t realize the car had cameras and needed calibration. I felt I should have been told about the price change prior to installing. I was told he didn’t realize until it was installed. Although he reduced the price by$100, I don’t feel right about being charged hundreds of dollars more without warning or opportunity to look elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

I am very pleased with the service I received. I was able to schedule an appointment within one week. They were ready for me upon arrival at my appointment time. They finished the work in under 90 minutes and it looks great. Work was cheaper than two other quotes I received locally and they had great Rain-X windshield wipers to replace.

The entire process was easy from start to finish. I put in the online request and not only did I receive a call back in a short period of time but they contacted my insurance company, set up the claim, confirmed payment/coverage and set up an appointment time that worked for me, all within an hour of my initial contact, not to mention it was on a Sunday! I chose to stay for my appointment, it was finished in less time than I originally thought, the work was done well and the staff was extremely friendly. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone needing glass repair
