Auto Glass Now

Auto Glass was straight to the point and did a full front window replacement. The glass is good material and overall fits as new. I did notice one side of the window seal isn't glued like the other side and now on the interstate I can hear a small humming noise that wasn't there before.

We were trading the car in and needed the windshield replaced before we dropped at the dealership that same day. They were able to get us in and finished in plenty of time to drop it off. Work was very good and the staff was great. Thank tou.

This place is no frills but they did a fantastic job for a fair price and staff were very friendly and easy to schedule. My feedback: would be great if you could make an apt for a specific time vs just showing up the day of your apt and could be 1.5 hrs, could be 6+. Also, a small waiting room with a couple small tables would go a long ways to be able to work while car is being worked on. Overall highly recommend.

Very bad in installation and communication. I took quotes over website first it showed 309 for front windshield replacement of 2008 Mazda 3, then over phone they confirmed 246 USD with discount and I took an appointment. After reaching there in my appointment btinw they started working on that after 45 mins of waiting and another 30 mins later they said, they broke the new glass while installing and don't have another in stock, so I left it there and they confirmed I would get that by next day noon. When I went there next day noon they said they don't have the new one yet and they need another day, but they didn't call me or text me at all to let me know the issue. Then I said I had to use Uber twice to come here and go and they offered initially 75usd discount. But they showed a bill of 363 USD in the work order which is out of the world as I was confirmed over phone for 246 total during the appointment. Then they say they don't have any records of 246 USD and it's 363. Then I showed the website quote of 309 and they said okay we are giving 50 USD discount over 309. I didn't argue more. They kept the car without shade overnight during rain with open windshield. Nextday I received the car with new glass and the airbag light was on. When I called them they said to come back to the shop to check by the mechanic. When I went there , they denied responsibility of airbag light and didn't even want to check by mechanic. Then why they would ask me to go there ? The air bag light connection or sensor might be disrupted during the installation or rain intrusion while they kept the car outside without protection. Very very very bad communication and bad skills. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Certainty I won't go there for anything. Bad service bad communication and rude.

Had my 2025 Honda accord brought in for windshield replacement. Got the car back and 8 days later the driver side trim had popped off. Took a closer look and the clips are broken… So I check out the rest of the windshield and there’s bubbles in the glue. Being a tech I understand things happen so I call up and make an appointment at 8. my wife shows up they then tell her they cannot look at it as they are first come first serve even though we made an appointment !!! so they can fix the issues caused by the technician. Will never use them again.
