Auto Glass Now

My driver side rear window slipped off the track on one of the hottest days of the year. A friend of mine referred me to Auto Glass Now because of the wonderful experience he had. My experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone from the front office to the technicians were so helpful. They told me I may have needed a window regulator and referred me to a parts store nearby. They were also wonderful. They didn't have part but told to check around in case another store had the part and gave me a price quote for a price match. No one in the area had one, so I went back to the original store and they said they would have the part overnighted for appointment the next day. I went back to Auto Glass, told them the situation and they gave me a next day appointment. Next day, the part was at the store when it opened. I took it to Auto Glass for my appointment and settled in. It wasn't even 30 minutes later, I was told my car was ready, the window was fixed, and they didn't even need to use the part I had ordered and it could be returned and I could get my money back. They only charged me the cost of labor which was less than the cost of the part. I highly recommend both Auto Glass Now on New Hope Church Rd. and O'Reilly's Auto Parts on Atlantic Ave (near the DMV). Both places gave me the best customer service I've had in a very long time!!!!!!

If I could give Auto Glass Now- Raleigh location, a negative review, I would… These people are very dishonest. I took my car there to have my windshield replaced…They dropped some type of glue/ sticky solvent on my car. They damaged the paint on my 2023 vehicle. My car has been kept in stellar condition- there aren’t any scratches or dents on my car… Now they are claiming that they didn’t do it… The damaged area is directly under the windshield area. They are totally dishonest & will lie directly in your face to avoid accepting responsibility for their sloppy work.

I had a great experience with Auto Glass Now replacing the windshield on my 2017 Chevrolet Suburban. They scheduled my appointment for 1:00 PM and had everything completed within about 20–30 minutes. The new windshield looks amazing and the service was fast, professional, and hassle-free. What really stood out to me was the attention to detail — they even wiped down my dashboard and cleaned up the extra glass shards that were left from when my windshield was broken. That level of care meant a lot. I definitely recommend Auto Glass Now if you need quick, quality windshield service!

My C8 had a dead battery and there was no way of getting in. I also had a long crack on the windshield. I called the locksmith to open my car and they couldn’t. I towed my car to Chevy dealership and they couldn’t get in. They wanted to charge me 400 dollars just to break my glass as the only way to get in to replace the battery. I didn’t go through because that sounded ridiculous. Mechanics weren’t able to do anything also. While everything seemed like a disaster, Auto Glass Now came to the rescue. Keith the main tech was able to use a hand made tool like the ones locksmiths use to open a hidden latch in my car. I was then able to open the hood to change my battery and since I had a crack on my windshield they were able to replace it half the price of safe-lite. Everyone was great including Rebeca and her manager. They were so kind and helpful and can see that i went through a lot and offered me a small discount. They did it without me asking. I am NOW a loyal customer for life. The new year is in 2 days, I am going to buy everyone a present. I recommend Auto Glass Now to anyone that is looking to replace or repair their glass.
