Auto Glass Now

Made an appointment at the Henrietta location for windshield replacement well in advance. I received several text reminders of my appointment. 2 days prior to my appointment, I received a phone call confirming my appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early as they open at 8:00. A.m. As I was waiting in the parking lot, a worker that was also waiting for the business to open approached to me and advised me that he did not have any appointments on his schedule nor does he have a windshield for me. He was just an installer and was nice. This was a major major red flag to me. They obviously do not have their act together and are unorganized. I figured I would give the little guy a chance, but they blew it. I will now go to a tried and tru place. They have lost my trust. If you want to try your luck at this place, I would call a day or so in advance and make sure you have your appointment set and the part that you need is in. That's even if they are around that long.

He came out and got right to work no delays.. done within a hr Great guy and do great work I will call him again to fix my glass. Plus he got 99% of the broken glass out my truck I really appreciated that no extra charge

I had a great experience. The staff is friendly, courteous and made a stressful situation bearable. They were very efficient and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Auto Glass on W. Henrietta Rd! I do recommend calling in for an estimate as the online quote was significantly lower than what it turned out to be.

I was very impressed with the quality of work, professionalism and customer service provided by the team and tech at AutoGlassNow. The tech was very polite, efficient and friendly. His professionalism was exceptional.

I was very satisfied from the beginning to the end of my service with you guys Auto Glass Now. The customer support was excellent as well as the technician who installed my front glass window on my car. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them. I love the convenience of them coming to my house and letting me pick the time range that was best for me.
