7/17/2026. Glenstone Ave X Saint Louis ST After arriving at 7:45am 15 minutes before opening, “first come first serve” we were greeted by their friendly staff behind the desk. We gave them our keys and decided to stay for our “windshield replacement” appointment… After about 2 hours of waiting with our vehicle being serviced in one of their bays, by their “certificate technicians”. We step outside to see the progress and after sitting a bit longer we hear the loud noise of what sounded like plastic snapping, with a males voice that follows up by saying something along the lines of, “i’ve just broken something” that something ended up being the black plastic cowl that sits in between your hood and windshield… Now honestly not a big deal, only if they would’ve just taken the time to explain to us what had happened and what had broke, rather than not saying a word to us about it whatsoever and leaving us to discover the damage ourselves later on…The wait time was a total of about 3 and a 1/2 hours give or take, i’ve had a few windshield’s replaced in the past and that wait time alone is outrageous! But that’s not why i’m here…They gave us the keys back, once entering our vehicle the interior was completely covered in grass, dirt, and other debris from the removal process… I hate to be that kind of person but we literally just bought the vehicle less than a week ago… So after calling to explain the problem to the staff; They continued to say they couldn’t do anything about it, and that they hadn’t broken anything, and also that they had taken pictures before the removal… At least the windshield looks nice right…? Never again will I spend my time and money here at this place.

Unfortunately, I had one of the worst examples of customer service I’ve ever experienced. My car needed a new windshield due to a hail storm. The shop was about a month out, due to all of the broken windshields, which was understandable. I booked my appointment and showed up on time for my 2pm appointment on a Monday - and was informed that they did not have the windshield to do the repair! Mind you, I had scheduled the repair a month earlier. They said they would order one in and it should arrive on Tuesday. I never got a call on Tuesday (and the “local” phone number goes to a call center), so I had to drive there later that day, at which time I was informed that the windshield was now there. However , I didn’t have a ride back home, so I told them I’d drop the car off that same evening, and they assured me that I was scheduled for an 8am service on Wednesday. No call the next day telling me it was finished, so I waited until 4pm to make sure they had enough time to get it done and went to pick it up. I show up at 4pm on Wednesday, only to see my car sitting in the same spot where I left it - still with a broken windshield! Upon asking why it still wasn’t finished, I was told that they go by a “first come, first served” basis! But my car was there the night before, and I was told they’d get started at 8am?!?!? Eventually, my car was finished around 6pm on Wednesday, and I was able to pick it up on Thursday. The lack of communication and follow up was disappointing to say the least. I took four separate trips between dropping off, checking on the part, trying to pick up when it hadn’t been done. and eventually picking up my repaired car. I’m giving two stars, as the repair seems to be fine. As for the customer service, it’s only a one star for me!

The hailstorm on April 28th 2026 destroyed my car. Thanks to Auto Glass Now, I went from no rear window and a glass mess, to a very nice clean brand new rear window. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and kind. She answered all my questions with professionalism and kindness. The amazing young man (technician) who did the work, did an awesome job cleaning up the broken glass, preventing more glass from getting everywhere and caring for my car. Top notch service for a good price. Where other places were quoting me $600 to $800 for the repair, here I was able to get my rear window fixed for half that price. The $50 off coupon helped of course. 10/10 service, 10/10 friendliness, 10/10 professionalism, and 10/10 replacement cost. We had a hail storm that came through our city that did massive damage to thousands of vehicles and AUTO GLASS NOW STEPPED UP TO THE PLATE!!! I lost my front, back and a quarter panel glass. They were able to get them done quickly and professionally. They have been working extremely hard to service as many vehicles as they possibly can. Well done team!

If you're the type of person who needs their car when they're done now and in a hurry. No questions asked. Well this is still a good place because they are very respectful of that and try their hardest but patience is necessary to have in any business you go to, especially in times like this after the hail storm of 2026. We all know these places are going to be busy of the yin yang. Well these lovely ladies handled it like pros. They were very respectful. I observed to every customer they talk to because they are inviting to talk to you and they have an aura about them that makes you want to stay around and talk. That makes you want to understand them because they are so sweet and nice and they do so well. They are not in control of the parts that are being sent on the truck so sometimes you may make an appointment and your part may not be there but they have no control over that. But they are so overwhelmingly sweet about it and they tell it like it is. I was able to get my parts in the next day that I was originally scheduled because my parts had gotten there next day and it was done sooner then I had expected. The staff acts like a family , very professional and friendly environment, it's also pet friendly and Leo is amazing!!!! If I knew the other lady's name I would say the same, their little name plaques are in Disney writing. Please go there if you need your windshield or Windows or back windows replaced. They do not do side mirrors but that is an easy fix. They do have a payment plan through zip. It's very awesome. Everything is awesome. Everything is respectable about this place. They do not treat you like you're a burden. They do not treat you like you are an annoyment. They treat you like a valuable customer and they want your service and they want your respect and they will give you theirs 100%. I've never been so impressed with a business in my life. I've never been so drawn to a place in my life just because of the staff. Before and after pics included!
