The process of getting the new glass, from start to finish, was incredibly efficient and friendly. I started with an online quote, received a call and follow up text. I called back with the needed information, the agent collaborated with my insurance company to file a claim, send a referral, and schedule the appointment. I received several follow up communications confiming the appointment proir to the date and also reminders! The staff in person and on the phone were incredibly personable and kind. The service was quick and had me out the door in about 1.5 hrs. The technicians even chatted and were pleasant and efficient. Overall, this was the best service I have ever received for vehicle repairs. Thank you!

I was in and out within one hour and waited in a clean and inviting waiting room. The technician explained how to take care of the new windshield thoroughly and brought the vehicle to me promptly when finished. The price of replacing the windshield was reasonable as well.

Super nice office lady made it easy to schedule and book my replacement windshield. Had me scheduled the following day. They did a mobile repair and came to my home. Quick, easy, and about half the cost of Safelite. Great service and highly recommend!

Had a pretty long crack in my windshield. I booked my appointment all online. That process was very simple to do. The next day I got a confirmation email of my appointment. Only a couple days between my booking and my appointment. When I arrived, the staff was very nice. My car got pulled right in. They said they would be done within an hour, so I just hung out in the lobby on my phone. They had fresh coffee, water, and a TV. Before I knew it, I was called up and they explained everything to me as far as aftercare of the new glass. I was in and out in about 30/45 minutes. The service was quick and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding and amazing customer service, great price (cheapest I could find). Extremely well maintained facilities and to top it off they have Netflix and Hulu and other apps that you get to choose, and watch what you want. Hands down this is the place to call first!!!!
