Not thrilled with their replacement of my windshield. Customer service was good but the windshield it self looked warped, (it dipped in on the top corners and did not follow the body line)I asked them if they could fix it since i spent about $340 out of pocket and they said yes so we set a date. They came and the techs told me it actually is just how the windshield is for this car (why are you continuing to use this aftermarket windshield if it’s not correct?). they then attempted to fix my molding which I never said I had an issue with. The tape they installed ripped up on the highway that day and now my molding is permanently sticking up. They also left a big of residue on the roof glass. Staff was very nice but I will not be coming back!

Great communication skills! Over the phone It was easy to make the appointment, they assisted with the insurance claim. Friendly and respectful. We even had a few laughs. I was not expecting it to be that easy. I originally booked to take my car to the shop on Shrewsbury St. in Worcester MA. They asked if I could do it a bit earlier and I agreed. They did the work at my house and didn’t up charge me to come out. The service technicians were on time. 5 minutes early in fact. They were friendly and professional. Got the work done in record time. The windshield looks great. I’m certainly giving them my business in the future.

I just had my husband’s windshield replaced by Steve and Rudy and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They were very communicative, friendly, explained the whole process, got to my house within the designated time frame, AND got it done in less than an hour. I am more than pleasantly surprised by their work and time management. They had to replace it in some pretty strong winds with touch & go sun and there were zero complaints. I cannot recommend this company enough, not to mention they had the lowest price I could find and they got out here very quickly.
