Auto Glass Only - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

BEWARE!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!! If I could rate GLASS AMERICA at zero stars, I would!! When I made an appointment A WEEK AGO, I was told the windshield replacement would take approximately 3 hours. I dropped my car off at 9 a.m. SIX hours later, at 3:00 p.m., I began trying to contact the shop to find out what time they thought my car would be ready. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC for the shop. Every number that I tried routed me to their national call center. They didn't even have a phone number to the shop! After speaking to four different representatives, one of them told me to call the tech directly who did text me his name and number after I dropped the car off. I called the tech twice. NO ANSWER! I left two voicemail messages and sent a text message. The tech finally calls me back and said the part that the company ordered wasn't expected to arrive until 2 days later and he had spent the entire day trying to track down the part I needed. The company knew for a week that my appointment was this day! The tech said that he did receive the part, but it would be another 2 hours before the car would be ready. What was expected to be a 3 hour job has taken 8-9 hours! No effective way to communicate with anyone at the shop. It's my birthday and I had plans!! NEVER AGAIN! I'm actually nervous to drive the car whenever I do get it back! These people don't seem to know what they're doing!

Horrible service. terrible quality glass. Had a new windshield intalled on 1/30/2025. turned on my defroster yesterday and a huge crack formed on the right side of my window. refused to honor warranty. will not be going there again. my advice... shop elsewhere

I called Glass America yesterday after being referred by my local insurance agent’s office. Bailey got me scheduled for an appointment this morning and took care of all the insurance processing for me. Carson did a great job fixing the chip I knew about and made sure there weren’t any other issues I needed to address. Great attitudes and service by Bailey and Carson. I highly recommend Glass America in Wichita!

The manager Carson at glass America took care of everything. Windshield cracked on Monday had new Windshield Wednesday! Staff was great and friendly. They took care of me! Thanks again!!! A+

We were introduced to Glass America by our insurance provider. We had broken window, for which a replacement was difficult to find. Carson worked to find it and installed it when it arrived. We were very pleased with his attention to detail and prompt service. We will definitely work with him again!
