Auto Glass Service - Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

I could not have had a better experience. I had highway debris leave a crack on my windshield that needed to be replaced. Insurance got me connected with AGS. The customer service rep (Maggie) helped me submit my claim with insurance on the spot and scheduled my appointment right away. Then Anthony did a stellar job replacing my windshield - timely communication, friendly and personable, quick service (about 30 minutes), and a brand new windshield installed with integrity. Very professional and a smooth process that I could not be happier with.

Ive been trying to figure out my water leak that goes into my car. ive replaced a lot of things including clips to the weather striping and the foam weatherstrip under the cowl. After windshield was replaced i was called saying everything went good.i got home i noticed a lot of my clips were broken, and the foam weatherstrip was torn. its not an expensive fix but its the point i came to fix a water leak not create new ones. Update: Ive called them multiple times. theyve tried to send another technician out but he never came (probably was the same guy and he knows he messed up so never came)

The professionalism was outstanding reached out 30 minutes before very friendly installer and will return to do another vehicle. Thank you guys very much

He went straight to work. Very friendly and my doggie liked him too. Did a wonderful job. Thanks
