Pricing was great, service was excellent and quick. We called and scheduled our appointment and we're given a 2 hour window. The tech sent a message to let me know he was on his way and how long it would take to get here. He showed up on time, was polite and professional. He explained the process in plain language, not tech speak so I understood what I was paying for. The gentleman cleaned up the shattered back window pieces inside and outside the car as best one could. He replaced the window in a timely manner, cleaned up his work space and left the area better than it was. I appreciate his attitude, professionalism, cleanliness, and his competence. Tha k you guys for great service and a great product. If I ever need another glass replacement, this will be who I use from now on. Thanks guys!!!

They replaced the back window in my GMC truck quickly and correctly. Highly recommend. Friendly and courteous staff. They also got all the broken glass from behind the seat and under the toolbox.

I was denied service from safelite who claimed they couldn’t get the back window for my 93 accord coupe, learned while the wonderful people from glass America were installing my brand new window, they share a warehouse and didn’t want to install it. The member who came out was incredible, super nice and chatted the whole time about our cars. 10/10 would use them again and again.

Great experience, great pricing! Brett was the tech, he called ahead to let me know when he was coming. Polite and professional, installed and recalibrated under an hour! He even installed the new wiper blades I bought! Definitely recommend!

Our insurance company sent us here even though I was having to pay for it. I’m glad they did. They gave us a good deal on a new Lexus windshield that had some electronics built into it. It got fixed quickly and did a professional job. Thank you.
