Auto Glass Service of Nashville - Auto Glass & Windshield Repair

Comfortable waiting area. I was kept informed about length of time. I had no issues at all. After filing with insurance, I got a phone call almost immediately. The lady making the appointment was so kind and thoughtful. She walked me through the steps and even turned out to be a true blessing during my not so great day. The gentleman who put my windshield in was also very polite. Great customer service!

I highly recommend Auto Glass Service! From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and truly went the extra mile to make sure my windshield replacement was done right. Franco was especially amazing. He made sure my car was taken to an area with less dust before installing the windshield because he was concerned about the quality of the installation and, most importantly, my safety. That level of care and attention to detail really stood out to my husband and me. It’s not every day that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and cares about their customers. Franco’s professionalism and concern reassured us that we absolutely made the right choice by choosing Auto Glass Service. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our vehicle! We truly appreciate it! ❤️

The technician came out from the beginning is very polite he took pride and his work he had adequate materials and tools and knowledge. The removal process went along with no issues the cleanup and prep was done professionally installation was done as good as it could be done very pleased with this company's work and employee that came and serves my truck that day

He got here very close to the time he estimated. Once here, he carefully removed my car wash sticker and my teacher parking pass from the old damaged windshield. After installing the new windshield, he thoroughly cleaned the glass, replaced the stickers and hauled off the old windshield. Great job.

Fantastic job and great company to hire for any glass repair auto needs. They were quick with responses and got me in fast! They done it in my driveway and even gave me a tint stripped windshield. Way cheaper than the other guys and quality work!
