Auto Glass Specialist

I had my windshield replaced and calibrated at Glass Specialist. I called around town getting quotes and they had all of the competitors beat by $50-$100 due to their calibration special. The video that was sent in advance telling me how to prepare for the appointment was super helpful! They estimated 3 hours for the service but it only took less than 2! The waiting area was cozy and the receptionists were welcoming. When I got my vehicle back, the estimate was honored, there was a coupon to help with a detail, a thoughtful thank you card from the staff, and a coupon for $20 off my next service. It really reminded me of the value in customer service. I will absolutely be a returning.

Fantastic service from the first call to pick up. We wanted to get a new windshield put into our granddaughter’s car before she headed back to college, out of state. We had her car in the repair shop and due to them finding more issues, we had to change our glass installation date THREE times. Devonne couldn’t have been more accommodating about our need to move the appointment. Check in was friendly as well as the car pick up. I couldn’t believe how fast the car was finished and ready to go. My husband and I feel much better with her on the road with a new windshield! Highly recommend this business!

Excellent experience with Auto Glass Specialist! We were in town from Bozeman and needed our windshield taken care of quickly. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly easy. They respected our schedule, got us back on the road fast, and saved us a tremendous amount of time. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly values customer service and follows through on what they promise. I highly recommend Auto Glass Specialist to anyone needing quality auto glass work. Thank you again for making the experience so seamless!

Who knew getting windows replaced would be such a great experience? From the minute I called, to checking in and paying it was a great experience. The front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful. The waiting room was spotless and the technicians dig a great job. Also it was done quickly. Absolutely recommend 100%

I will always recommend Auto Glass Specialists here in Billings. Smoothest repair process. They ordered my windshield, rearranged their schedule to work with mine, had the insurance claim processed and had my install done in about 2 hours. They also recalibrated my lidar for me. The shop is clean, warm and inviting. Plus it smells good. Everyone I talked to was professional, friendly and accommodating. I recommend this shop 100%.
