Windshield replaced with Auto Glass Specialists. They did a great job communicating about the repair and service was fast and great quality. I would highly recommend.

I’ll never go anywhere else! Super accommodating ( most places didn’t answer the phone or return messages) and the big national company calls go through a call center and you can’t even talk to a local shop or get any of your questions answered until you give them a ton of information. And frankly, I had dealt with them once before using my insurance and it was a nightmare. This place is super clean, super professional! The nicest waiting room I’ve ever waited in with cold drinks and snacks and an “old school” Atari arcade machine and a big soft sectional that I sunk into and fell right asleep after working a night shift in the ER. Two shop kitties that everybody said hello to and (this is BIG…) cleanest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a place mostly staffed by men! I fell asleep and was all done in just over an hour! What an A++ experience!! Let’s face it… Windshields are expensive and a lot of insurances don’t cover repairing them. And even though the big crack across my windshield was caused by an accident where a deer ran out in front of me, my insurance company was able to zoom in on the picture of the windshield and see that there was a chip there before the deer hoof caused it to turn into a giant crack so they wouldn’t cover it. And I drive a Subaru with “eyesight” windshield so it’s more expensive and a lot of places don’t even take care of them or calibrate them and I got a three page color report on the calibration when they were all done . Zac, who answered the phones and helped schedule me was so nice and so professional and as I sat in the waiting room, I heard him talking to others and giving quotes and being so sweet and let’s say I’m glad I don’t have a Tesla that I had to buy a windshield for. Friendly, inclusive, good service, affordable, nice waiting room. I was able to call and make an appointment in the same week I called and the price was $200 cheaper than some of the other places in town I checked. The waiting room has an arcade cabinet, kittens, a pride flag, drinks and snacks, and WiFi. I would highly recommend.

From the time that I called Zach and spoke to him over the phone to the moment I pulled up, the customer service was top notch! Austin was super friendly and offered friendly communication as I was sitting outside waiting for the shop to open. The rest of the crew seemed like good people. This is definitely a place that I will be trusting to take my truck for glass work in the future. The waiting room has a super comfortable couch, a large TV, a couple arcade games, and a fridge stocked with beverages. They also did a phenomenal job on the work that they did for me too, but this place just went above and beyond and pricing was competitive! Need glass work? Take your vehicle here! Need I say more?

I broke my back glass outta the work truck and they took care of me. Made a appointment and they had me done within 30 minutes. They treat you great and the workers were very friendly. Have a awesome waiting room with free drinks and candy! Lots of games for kids and a TV. I will now always use these guys. Very happy!
