I got into an accident, and Shane was immensely helpful, from beginning to end, throughout the insurance claims process. This was my first instance dealing with the post-accident insurance process, and Shane took the time to walk me through and provide detailed explanations, then communicated regularly (much more than the insurance company!) once the process began. He was especially helpful as he's based in Portland and is familiar with the Oregon state code and has worked in the auto insurance industry as well. In the end, I got a much fairer payout than expected from the insurance company; he really goes to bat for you. I highly recommend Shane!

Shane is AMAZING. After I got in my first (and hopefully last) car wreck, I felt so lost and helpless when it came to the insurance payout.
