I called this place by accident, told this fellow who answered my call that I was trying to call B-Rite In Madison, Indiana and he informed me that there was nobody at that shop today that they would be going coming out of Louisville from his shop. He then asked me who I spoke to and what was quoted price to me and I told him my quoted price then I felt that something was wrong so I hung up and I tried to call be right again and I did get a hold of that right company and the lady had me on her records and we scheduled my appointment which I done business with before. If this is how you do business by trying to misdirect potential customers or stealing them from small companies then you will have no business of mine or my family's if I can help it and I will tell my friends and my family all about this. I needed a replacement windshield after a tree branch fell. They quoted me a fantastic price and they were very helpful with scheduling the replacement. The whole service took all of 30 some minutes after arrival. Matthew was a fantastic installer definitely recommend!

They are the only glass company I refer to and they do exceptional work. Every member of the staff are friendly, helpful, and good at their job. Best customer service I have encountered in a long time. Came to me to fix my window after it had been smashed in a break in. When there was a problem with it that was NOT their fault, caused by the smashing of the window, they diligently worked to find a solution. They told me to drop my car off and they would take care of the problem for free! Even more, because my work hours didn’t allow me to drop off the vehicle during their business hours, and because their key drop box is too small for conventional keys, Robert provided me his own cell phone number and drove up at 8:30 PM to drive my car into the bay for me. I will highly recommend this place to anyone with glass needs.
