I highly recommend this company! They were fantastic at helping me multiple times. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The facility are very clean and comfortable.

I (M65) arrived a bit early and they had my car back a few minutes before my appointment. The tech went over the windshield then explained what he found. We decided it would be best to replace it instead of trying a repair. In less than an hour I was on my way home. While I was there, I spoke with several people and everyone I spoke with very pleasant and friendly. This is one of the top 5 (at least) of the friendliest and easiest businesses I have ever dealt with. I made sure to tell the manager how much I appreciated that. I could not recommend this place any higher than I do.

We waited while they put the windshield back into the car. It was quicker than I expected. 2 days later on Bluegrass Pkwy it started to rain. On the driver side, the windshield wiper flew off when we turned it on. For my Jetta it cost $45.00 for just one blade. So make sure you test it before you leave.

Fast and efficient!!! As far as the price, l don't know, normally, l have used them for a claim. Just purchased a new (used) vehicle here in the State of Kentucky. Thinking it would be covered, l wanted help the young lady out not wanting to possible raise here insurance on a claim, so l said l would get it fixed thinking it would be covered. Well to get to end, if you buy a car knowing that the windshield needs to be replaced, have the person you are buying from get it replaced, it will not raise your insurance and it will be covered. Knowing that the windshield is cracked after purchase it will not be covered. You could lie and say it just happened, but mine was across the whole windshield. So l was out of some money, but l am 6 ft above ground and can always make the money back. They are awesome company that l like. I am also with Kentucky Farm Bureau for my home and auto insurance, getting the bundle discount. They told me that about not being able to claim it. Who ever reads this have a great day!!! Todd
