Badger Glass

Good fair price. They were able to get our company van in the day after I called. They had changed the windshield by midday! Fast service and a great price, what more can you ask for?

Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend. Brought my car in upon business opening at the recommendation of a dealership. Checked my car in, called a Lyft after I was informed it’d take 4-5 hours to complete the job. As the Lyft arrives I get a call that my windshield isn’t in stock, they’ll have to order it, and it should take a few weeks. Pay a cancellation fee for the Lyft because I think I’m about to drive my car home then they tell me the windshield is available after all. In total it took 6 hours. When I arrive to pick up my car, I am handed the keys and told I’m good to go. I walk outside and down the parking lot when I realize my car is nowhere to be found. So I walked back up the parking lot into the office to ask them where my car is. I am then informed I can find it somewhere across the street in another parking lot, but not to worry because “it’s not that far”.

I dropped my car off to get a window replaced after it was smashed in because of theft, and they got it done in the same day. They went above and beyond to vacuum the substantial amount of glass that had been left in the car from the vandalism. Their price was also better than the quotes I received from the chain glass repair shops.

I was recommended by all the co-workers to come here after getting a micro-chunk of glass come off the windshield from a flying pebble on the freeway while going 53 mph. That same day, I called & Dave answered & was really courteous & outgoing. Came in the next day (no appointment necessary) & was told it would be approximately 40 mins. Turned out to be 20 mins. Great service, friendly staff. Highly recommend to anyone w/ glass issues.

Good price better than other places got the job done... And they clean my car too 👍😁
