The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly.They competed the work on time, charged a fair price and kept me informed throughout the process. My 2020 Mercedes Benz is running great, and I appreciate their honesty and professionalism. It’s hard finding a trusted mechanic.

Great communication and customer service from Drew! Brought my car in to replace rear brakes/rotors, car was ready for pickup within 4 hours. I live in the neighborhood so it’s great to know there’s a reliable shop around. Would definitely come back for any future service.

Needed urgent repairs and they not only diagnosed the whole vehicle correctly, but let me keep it there for a few days while I travelled internationally before starting work. My porsche 957 turbo s has never run so well. I would recommend anyone with a European make (as that is my experience, i’m sure that means they are pros at others too) to make this your first stop for problems. They were clear about what NEEDS to be done, what SHOULD be done soon, and what COULD be done eventually, which was very important to me as an owner of an older car. 5 stars, will be back again.

Great customer service, excellent mechanical work, fair pricing, and a very clean shop. I normally lease a Mercedes-Benz every three years with a prepaid service contract to avoid dealing with outside mechanics. Because of COVID, I kept my 2020 C-Class and now own it. Since I don’t like Brooklyn Mercedes, I needed to find a trustworthy place for service. A Google search brought up a few options, and I decided to try Bay Diagnostics—and I’m glad I did. They performed a complimentary diagnostic test, changed my oil, and flushed my brakes. I was able to wait for my car, and they even gave me a 10% discount. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to know there’s an owner and team I can rely on for honesty, quality repairs, and even good conversation. I’m the daughter of a car mechanic, so I know a good shop when I see one. If you have a foreign car, are tired of paying dealership prices, and want someone you can truly trust, I highly recommend Bay Diagnostics.

I brought a 2012 Mercedes Benz GL450 a year and a half ago. I bought it because it is a Beautiful Luxury SUV and at a good price . I bought it with out fear because I've been a Long time Bay Diagnostic customer and knew they would be able to handle the inevitable repairs. This week when the air suspension failed I bounced it over Bay Diagnostic on Monday and let them sort it all out. The Big SUV was aired up and sailing smooth in style by the end of the week. I am a used car guy that's just how it is...lol. The next repair is coming, I am not worried because I know where to get it fixed ... Bay Diagnostic Thanks Again.
