Pleasant and knowledgeable people. I personally recommend. I had tork screw drivers I needed and they had it certified in one day. Awesome!

BCS is a well-equipped calibrator. I trusted them for years to calibrate my multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar instruments.

No one to answer phones. Drove to location during stated hours of operation... Doors locked. Update 👇A google reply to my review but still no one to assist. A lesson to all business owners... Covid restrictions are not a valid excuse any more. If you can not be open and provide customer service, you will be out of business as every customer will find someplace that is open and willing to service their customers needs.

Impossible to get a hold of. Every time I call there is a recording that asks you to leave a message. They have had my equipment for weeks and I haven't heard a single word from them. I will be looking for another place to calibrate my equipment. That is... if I ever get my equipment back. This has been the case the past few times that someone from my company has sent equipment in.
