CAC (Certified Automotive Calibration)

My son used to work here and referred me, so I trusted CAC with my truck for an oil change, camera install, and toolbox install — all done well, and Dustin was great to work with. Before I left, they told me I’d need to have my brakes done at my next oil change visit. After pickup my check engine light came back on (on a Sunday, when CAC was closed), so I took it to Kenworth, the only shop open. Kenworth said the repair was done, but the light came back a couple thousand miles later. CAC diagnosed it as the same issue Kenworth was supposed to have fixed — that part is between me and Kenworth, who ultimately made it right at no cost. What I can’t get past: when it came time to schedule that next oil change and brake work, I found they’d stopped responding to my calls, texts, and a kind email asking if something was wrong. I finally drove there in person, and the manager, Adam Spradlin, told me to my face — coldly, with no real warmth or explanation — that CAC didn’t want my business anymore because he thought a letter I sent to Kenworth was “nasty.” That letter had nothing to do with CAC. No explanation before that, just silence. I paid every invoice on time and had zero complaints about their actual work. Being cut off and ignored for a month with no real reason, only to be told this in person, left me feeling like this may have been racially motivated. Be cautious.

Adam was quick with having my vehicle and was clear and concise when explaining the details of changing out my front axel!

Great, knowledgeable and helpful employees. State of the art equipment, and everything you need for tires, mechanical work, alignments and calibrations. Fast and affordable as well!

Adam and his team have great customer service. I highly recommend them. They took care of my mechanical needs, tire needs, mount and balance. CAC is the place to go!

They changed my brakes and rotors for me. They did great & got it done quickly for a reasonable price. Good people in there!
