Caliber collision was on time and completed my job within 45 minutes. The tech was professional and polite. I will definitely use them in the future.

The technician was very polite and professional. He also made sure to remove all the broken glass he could see. The scheduling experience was very easy and that customer service representative was kind. Because my order was wrong, she took the time to call my insurance company to get approval for the proper window.

Carlton A. did a great job repairing my windshield. Very knowledgeable and personable. Explained the process of the repair and it looks great. Would definitely used Caliber Auto Glass in the future.

After the hailstorm in Bedford I immediately filed an insurance claim and was glad to see my insurance company had online booking for an appointment here. Chrystal was great explaining the enormous amount of claims and what the situation was. I really appreciate the honesty. I know it is a difficult situation for everyone and it’ll take time but that’s what happens when you’re the best. It’s only Friday-2 days later & over 3k in claims. Appreciate You Guys!
