Caliber Auto Glass

I've been here twice and both times they've been professional, quick, and friendly. Blake came out today and replaced my windshield in an hour, tops. He was a cool cat that knew his business and I would be happy to have him assist in the future.

Alfredo Granados was our technician with Caliber. He came out and repaired the chip in our windshield. He did a great job! Very professional, he shook my hand and introduced himself. He completed the repair, left no mess and did a great job! Thank you Caliber and Alfredo! From scheduling to completion, we had a seamless experience. We will be calling you for any future auto glass needs.

We’ve had Caliber Auto Glass come twice because “highway rocks” have broken the windshield twice. They came fast, on time, and the repaired was done the next day we called. Aron the technician 5 stars too.

I had my front windshield of my truck replaced since I got a giant crack while driving. The replacement was covered in my State Farm car insurance so I only paid the insurance deductible. They sent Dave, a technician to my home to fix it but they also offered to come to my work if that was more convenient so they’re very accommodating about finding a time and coming to you. It took Dave less than 1.5 hours from start to finish. He kept me informed on his ETA, arrival, and progress which was also helpful in reducing the time it took from me, I was able to still work and take meetings while he was here. Their services are easy to book and a quick turn around for appointment times. Overall this was sooooo easy to get my windshield fixed even as someone with a very aggressive work schedule. Overall a great and easy service, I would definitely recommend, THANKS DAVE!!

My experience, dealing with Caliber Auto Glass was great, shout out to John my technician, he was fantastic. He explained to me how things work and then went to work. John was professional, friendly, informative and confident in what he knew. There were a couple times we had to reschedule due to rainy weather (which he explained to me-good catch) and at my request, but it all worked out fine. My windshield looks great and the stickers that were on the previous windshield were put back on the new. Great Customer service is everything and it’s not scripted… I was talked to and not talked at so combine that with quality work and you’ll have a satisfied customer every time.
