Caliber Auto Glass

Great experience with Caliber Auto Glass. I had Jon as a tech today, fantastic communication skills and keep me in the loop for each step. I would recommend 100%.

Had something break/shatter the windshield on my 2014 Ford F150. The break was running a little longer across the windshield toward the drivers side each day. Contacted my insurance company and they got me in touch with Caliber Auto Glass. An appointment was made and the technician kept me apprised of expected time of arrival. The damaged windshield was removed and replaced in about 2 hours. The only issue was that a second technician had to come out the next day to properly lock the rear view mirror into place. That took about 30 seconds. Overall, very satisfying experience. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a hiccup of ordering the incorrect windshield for my car, but they made it right and finished the job. My technician was amazing! He was kind and funny, and I appreciated him doing his job well. I will use them again in the future!
