Caliber Auto Glass

Called to schedule an appointment on June 17th for windshield repair. I was told July 1st before they could do it. Two weeks is the longest I've ever heard of, but ok fine. I made the appointment. I had two vehicles to have windshields replaced. One of them is our work service van. I made arrangements to have the tech not working that day, took the van out of service, AND had to be here to meet the installers, so that's two of us not working today. Got a text this morning that the windshield for one of the vehicles was damaged. They wanted to reschedule out again. No way. Tech called me and told me they'd found a replacement glass and they'd do both today. Jon said he was going to do it himself and he'd be by in the afternoon. I checked with him at 5:20 PM after not hearing anything else. He texts back he can't make it and I'll have to reschedule. I asked follow up questions... no response at all. Called the company. The guy I spoke to said the person I needed to talk to was on break for an hour, but PROMISED someone WOULD call me back today about scheduling for tomorrow. It's 8 PM now... Two weeks, and a no-show for two windshield replacements. Now I've got to call someone else, wait however long again, and take our work vehicle out of service again. I can't NOT recommend hard enough.... Horrible customer service and no follow up. I'm also going to escalate this to the insurance company. I know things happen, but this cost serious money in down time and no one even bothered to try to repair or save the appointment. I'm not impressed.

Mike did a great job putting front windshield on 2016 Toyota sienna all-wheel-drive we would have him back very knowledgeable about auto glass. Mike is an asset to the company he should be recognized for quality work. Thanks, Caliper Glass Brett Reynolds

Manager and auto glass technician only cared about the business. They discussed on speakerphone about how I supposedly said thing I never said. I mentioned I have done nothing to the glass, seen nothing hit the glass, and I believed the crack was stress related or something odd. The quality of the glass must be poor, but they only care about the money. There was no decision that was going to make us as a consumer that just spent $1000 on the replacement happy. I encourage you to go to other auto glass replacement companies like Arrow Glass or any other option. I know what happens at Caliber and I will not spend more money with them at this point. We will be fine! Our insurance will take care of it, but Caliber will not get our business.

The installer was great! He was very professional and pleasant, super nice guy. He even helped me take down and reinstall the light bar. He really did a wonderful job. I’d highly recommend them and this young man to anyone.

Kelly was super friendly and did a great job installing my new windshield! And I didn’t even have to leave my house. Great experience all around. I would highly recommend Caliber for all of your auto glass needs!
