Caliber Auto Glass

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Caliber Auto Glass. I originally filed my windshield replacement claim in March 2026, and months later I am still waiting for the replacement due to repeated scheduling errors, poor communication, and a lack of follow-through. My initial appointment was scheduled for April 9. The technician arrived but was unable to replace the windshield because the required molding was missing. He told me that Caliber’s scheduling department would contact me to reschedule as soon as the molding arrived. After waiting about two and a half weeks without hearing anything, I called Caliber. I was told they had no record of the molding being ordered—it appears the order was never placed. Later, after another call, I was told the molding had arrived and my appointment was scheduled for late May. The day before that appointment, I called to confirm and was told it had been canceled because I was supposedly going somewhere else for the repair, which was completely false. The representative said he would speak with his manager to restore my appointment and call me back. He never did. The next day, I called again and spoke with another representative. I explained everything that had happened, and she scheduled me for June 29. She also confirmed that the molding was in the shop. On June 29, the technician called and informed me that he still did not have the molding and had no idea what had happened. He apologized and said he would figure it out and call me back, but he never did. I called him twice for updates, and each time he said he would look into it and call me back, but I never received a follow-up. He also mentioned that the people confirming appointments and parts are in a call center in Texas and are not located in Minnesota, which seems to have contributed to the confusion and misinformation. After waiting since March, I still do not have my windshield replaced. This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, inaccurate information, canceled appointments, and failure to follow through have made this one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend Caliber Auto Glass based on my experience.

couldnt be happier with the tech that came to install my window. Evan was amazing, and he turned what was one of the worst customer service experiences into the best. i just hope standing around talking with him didnt cost him to much extra time and screw things up for others, but he was great to talk to

Windshield replacement through insurance. Caliber was great. Scheduler was friendly and helpful. I had to schedule it out a ways because they were booked up but once it was time, the tech was kind and fast. Glass looks great.

There was a small clerical error with out appointment and Mike was super helpful and still tracked down what they needed to get our glass replaced same day, and we weren’t even survived at the end of the business day. We were able to pick up our car and get in with our day around noon. This is how issues can be handled and would 100% do business with them again.

Had our windshield repaired The manager Mike was helpful he gave us a few options for repair. When it was all finished we meet with Evan the shop installer, he did a great job on our Cadillac Escalade. We highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass in Eagan!
