Caliber Auto Glass

Several issues with my glass replacement in regard to materials and workmanship. Still have not received a follow up from caliber. Glass is still falling out of my door and into the carpet. Gasket and trim pieces broken. Installer missed replacing key door parts. List goes on even further than this .

Katelyn my technician was very efficient and had great communication. The price was the best compared to other companies and the lifetime warranty was another great bonus. I’d definitely recommend this service!

I got a chip repair done. The customer service rep who helped me, her name is Jessica too, so that’s a winner in my book, and she helped me out so perfectly. Made the process easy. And when I needed a call to meet and not a drop off she was able to make it happen! Thanks Jessica! The technician was cool too, fast, sweet, and did a great job!

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Auto Glass thanks to technician Bandith H. From start to finish, the windshield installation was flawless. Bandith was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The workmanship was top-notch, the area was left clean, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. You can tell he truly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend asking for Bandith if you need auto glass work—outstanding service all around!
