The technician was very friendly, insightful, and professional. He did a great job in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I arrived at Caliber Collision with my car no one there knew anything about me or my car's appointment! I questioned this. The person at the desk said they are sister company with Caliber Glass noone was there who presented Caliber Glass repair. I was told their techs just use the facility to replace glass damage. So I called caliber glass. The woman on the phone said she didn't know an eta she didn't know anything. I disputed that then she said she'd call her manager and call me back she never did call back. Oh the woman said it usually takes five hours and could take all day it depends on the techs schedule. This is very poor customer service and very poor communication between caliber collision and caliber glass. I should have been well informed of the techs schedule and estimated arrival. I am very disappointed with the lack of explanations and trust I experienced today !!!!

Fernando was a superb window/glass technician. Very experienced, knowledgeable, and nice person. Great job! I appreciate them coming to my home, big difference, and the fact that all is done to satisfy the customer. I was very impressed with my quick, complete windshield replacement, at my home, from start to finish . Thanks

The tech that replaced my windshield was very timely. He called to let me know about what time he'd be here and was right on time. Very polite and engaging. Overall great experience. He did an excellent job on the windshield. Would definitely use again.

This company was great! The rep came out nice and early in the morning, took care of my windshield extremely quick and efficient and very professional and very nice person. I would definitely use them again and refer anyone that needs their windshield replaced or patched up cracks. Great job!
