Caliber Auto Glass

I was very satisfied with the service there especially with Fernando. He has a good manner and very kind describing the status of my car. He is also a good communicator too.

On a second time I left this company feeling full of gratitude. Not only did Fernando take care of my car, but also did so very graciously. He offered to look at my auto as soon as I explained my problem. It was a minor issue and he fixed it in 5 minutes at no charge. And he did so with a smile. I was and remain very thankful. Great customer service from Fernando Vargas Milian at Caliber Collision in Hopkins.

We have had several repairs on our vehicles at Caliber Collision. Elliot Habas and the Caliber staff always provide excellent service. They are prompt, honest, professional and we have always been very satisfied with their repairs. We highly recommend them! Dennis & Jane Guertin

My vehicle was damaged by someone backing up into it in a parking lot. I brought it to four different shops for estimates and all of them had roughly the same number. But I selected Caliber because of their responsiveness, honesty, availability, shop cleanliness and overall great team of people. Tim was super from start to finish - kept me informed throughout the process and had great follow-up. And my car is back to looking new again! Thanks everyone!

The team at Caliber was SUPER helpful in helping me navigate through a stressful time after an unexpected total. They were warm, welcoming, and proactive in communication through the entire experience. Elliot gave me tons of helpful insight and worked with me through the entire process. Even though I didn't have actual work done as my vehicle was a total loss, I'd recommend Caliber to anyone and would go back with any needs in the future.
