Caliber Auto Glass

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and hassle free. Their communication was outstanding. Even when I wasn’t able to answer their calls, they always left detailed voicemails with clear next steps, so I always knew exactly what to expect. Leading up to the appointment, everything was well organized, and they guided me through the insurance claim process, making it incredibly easy. On the day of the appointment, the experience was just as seamless. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, courteous, and professional. Their communication was clear and to the point, and they delivered my vehicle exactly when promised. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint or concern. If you’re looking for a company that’s professional, communicative, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass.

Went to Hoyt street location in Salem after waiting a month to have my windshield replaced on my Telluride, due to Caliber auto glass and Power Kia not communicating on the arrival of the windshield. They had to get regional managers involved to finally get the glass. They completed the work, but left a lot of glass particles over the front of my car and got dirt all over my floorboards and kick panels. I have little kids in my car, which poses a further danger having that left there. It was the end of the day and I just wanted to get home, so I just left and cleaned all of it when I got home, otherwise I would have said something. On the positive side of things, the receptionist, Nancy was amazing at Hoyt st in Salem, OR.

Got my windshield replaced by these folks today and they did a great job. They worked with my insurance company and handled ordering all the parts. The tech, Travis, was skillful and polite. He shared some interesting insights into auto glass that I didn’t know. I am fully satisfied with the service.

I appreciated the prompt and professional mobile glass repair with Caliber Auto Glass. Excellent customer service - scheduling the appointment and the mobile repair technician was highly skilled! Thank you!

I’m an outdoorsy person and I’ve had many rock chips/cracks in my windshield throughout the years. I’ve also had a horrific experiences having that glass replaced like with safelite. It was a breath of fresh air to have it replaced so quickly and it looks better than when my bronco was new. I would recommend Caliber 100% for your glass replacement.
