Caliber Auto Glass

Austin was awesome! He worked very efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up after installing the windshield. Definitely will recommend Caliber to my friends and family.

Will 100% recommend Caliber to anyone! They had next day availability, competitive pricing, and very great customer service! Ronnie the service tech was amazing, great communication to let me know his status, very professional and efficient! Thank you!

The tech text me to let me know when he would arrive and was on time. The tech was friendly and professional, and quick to get the job done. This is the first time I have had them come to my home, but it worked out perfectly. Good job and good service.

Repair person stayed in touch as time approached for my repair. Very friendly, and job was quickly and well done. My only complaint would be that the auto glass repair as opposed to collision repair- all done at same place--- is handled separately with different phone numbers. It was hard to know exactly when I was to show up for an hour job in a time window of four hours until the actual repairman contacted me. I was then able to time my half hour trip to the repair location. Once we agreed on repair time, it was easy to know what to finally expect expect at that point. This duality of businesses under the same roof with seemingly the same name but different contact numbers was confusing when contacting them by phone. Other than that- work was totally worth it.

5 star! The whole replacement process is very smooth, convenient, and supportive! Technician was very patience and answered tons of my questions. The customer service was very nice to calm my nervousness about this replacement. Thank you Caliber! Such a great auto glass shop!
