Caliber Auto Glass

I scheduled a windshield replacement at Caliber. I arrived a few minutes after they opened for my appointment. They checked me in, took my keys, and I arranged transportation while the work was being completed. After waiting several hours, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told they were finishing another vehicle and mine was next. Then, hours later, I received a call informing me that my vehicle was not actually on the schedule and would not be serviced that day. I was told the appointment had mistakenly been entered for the following day. What frustrates me most is that my car had been sitting there for over five hours before anyone noticed the problem or contacted me. I had cleared my schedule and arranged transportation for an appointment that was never going to happen. I requested that the appointment be canceled, both over the phone and again when I picked up my keys. The next morning, I received another call asking where my vehicle was, meaning the cancellation hadn’t been processed either. It is unacceptable that this wasn’t caught when I dropped off my keys at 8:00 a.m., or at any point before 1:30 p.m. I will be scheduling my windshield replacement elsewhere.

This is the second time in 2 years I've had to have my windshield replaced on my Volvo XC90. Safelite did the first replacement & my heads up display was never the same. It was blurry & would give us headaches looking at it while driving. It took them 4 different times to replace the glass & it was still bad. Caliber glass just replaced our windshield last night & it looks wonderful! We needed to have OEM glass due to our heads up display & the camera features attached to the windshield. Nate was awesome & the attention to detail was noticeable . I hope I never have to replace my windshield again but if I do, I'm definitely using Caliber Auto Glass.

Car accidents are not fun, especially when you’re attending your mother’s funeral and the accident was in no way your fault. Thank all of you at Caliber Collision and especially Amber for a job extremely well done, with beautiful results, and certainly not least - you are all exceptionally trustworthy! I can sigh with relief and try to get back to “normal.” Thank you!

Windshield replacement is no longer a quick change in our modern cars with cameras. I am thankful that Caliber was able to replace my cracked windshield with the correct glass. Service was was polite and honest.

This is the second time I've used Caliber Auto Glass. Once for a windshield replacement and now for repairing a chip in the windshield. Each time has been a positive experience. The technicians are prompt, professional, courteous, and do a fantastic job! I really appreciate their help! Jimmy repaired the chip so well I can't even notice it was ever there!
