Noon appointment and arrived at 1130. Guard gave directions to receiving after taking my information. Drove around to receiving and was given a door. Trailer was empty by 1230.

Got a door right away. Female security officer was really nice. Got loaded in an hour. Waited forever in the lobby for my paperwork.

Must check in with guard shack before entering. Shipping office is by door 5. Receiving office is by door 86. Appointment times are strict. OTR drivers can park on Commerce Farms Rd overnight.

I wanted to give 5 stars because they shipped faster than I had an appointment. But then I sat in the office 2 hours waiting for the paperwork, this is just disrespect for the driver's working hours!!! Is it really that hard to print a piece of paper? Close the warehouse or change the staff if they don't know how to work!!
