Carsten Auto Glass

These guys left broken glass all over my truck. Took it back to have them clean it but they didn't even try. Also they replaced my tinted windshield with a non tinted one.

Customer service was very friendly. They seemed to really care about us getting our windows put back in our car after the hail storm we were able to get scheduled within two weeks.

They did a great job and got me out really fast. I've used them before and recorded them highly.

the lady at the desk was very honest with me but since i own a ford explorer she told me they have to replace the side moldings as well they break when the tech tries to remove the glass. but i also have a recall for my side moldings and ford is not in any rush to make them i guess. she was more honest than ford was about it. if she would not have told me i would not done research to see what was going on with the moldings. i went to the kansas expy location.

Not only was this place extremely fast, only taking 30 minutes to install the window. They were also extremely nice, and insightful. I told him the wrong windshield, and they were able to install the correct one at a very good price. I would recommend Carten’s to anyone who doesn’t wanna deal with any hassles.
