Cascade Auto Glass

I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience here! My car window unexpectedly shattered, and they were able to get me scheduled the very same day, which was already such a huge relief. Jaeger was absolutely amazing. He was upfront and honest with me from the beginning about how long the repair would take, and he even worked through his lunch to get my car taken care of. That kind of customer service is rare, and I genuinely appreciated how much effort he put into helping us. I also had my little one with me, and we ended up waiting for about two hours. I was honestly dreading that part, but their waiting area was fantastic—comfortable, clean, and welcoming enough that hanging out there with a toddler for two hours was surprisingly easy. 😅 What started as a really stressful situation ended up being such a positive experience because of how well we were treated. Same-day service, great communication, a comfortable waiting area, and an employee who went above and beyond to help us. Jaeger absolutely deserves recognition for the level of service he provided. I would 100% recommend this place and would come back without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a rear view mirror that became detached from the windshield. Two companies told me that the mirror could not be reattached and the only fix was to replace the windshield. I contacted Cascade Auto Glass and they reattached my rear view mirror in forty five minutes. No new windshield necessary. Travis was exceptional. Friendly people and exceptional customer service.

Gunner did a marvelous job on my windshield! And thorough and quick. Sasha was very helpful and got me an appointment within the same week I called. Very professional and competent company.

Cascade Auto Glass treated us with courtesy and respect when we brought our Miata in for a windshield replacement. Justin did the work for us, we appreciated the fact the parking sticker and club emblem were removed from the old windshield and placed on the new. We would be happy to return to Cascade Auto glass if we need repairs in the future!
