Easy to get an appointment. Very friendly staff. Nice new facility with a little waiting room in back

Tyler provided excellent, friendly service! Went in for a replacement and calibration. He completed the job before the time-frame he quoted. Love the small-town service. Definitely recommend them!

My driver side window cracked yesterday so I needed to get it replaced. I went to my State Farm agent and they recommended Cascade Auto Glass. I made the appointment over the phone. I met with Tyler this morning. He had the window replaced in 30 minutes. Tyler is friendly, professional and his shop is very clean. If I ever need a window replaced again it will be at Cascade auto glass.

Huge shoutout to Cascade Auto Glass here in Emmett. Technician Tyler May went way above and beyond today. He replaced my wife’s windshield and did an excellent job, then noticed a problem with her wipers and fixed that too without even being asked. Super polite, professional, and just great to work with. He also replaced the windshield on my truck and nailed it. I’d recommend Cascade Auto Glass in Emmett to anyone, and they’ll be the only place I use from now on. Seriously awesome service
