Cascade Auto Glass

I just bought a new car and noticed the windshield was damaged after only having it for less than a week. I called my car insurance guy, and he recommended Cascade. When I reached out to them, the admin person I spoke to was friendly and helpful and took all my info. I was able to get a morning appointment literally the next day at 8:30am! They managed everything with my insurance quickly and made the process super easy. Eric (the technician) finished in less than 90 minutes and did a great job. It looks beautiful and clean and clear. Things like getting a damaged windshield fixed are usually a *huge* pain in the butt, but they made it seamless. Thank you kindly for taking care of me!

Sam went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my rearview mirror ! I came in with 2 sets of rearview mirrors as I just bought my car and received it with a broken rear view and originally he mentioned it would be hard to fix because he could not break off the old glass, but I found the second set and instantly he was able to clean off the tape and install. Very genuine and friendly, shared a little history of where he’s from and what not, did the service and was very motivated to make sure I leave with my rear view mirror attached. Friendly guy and great service! Thank you.

These guys did an amazing job! Every glass company I called said they couldn’t do anything for a winshield scratch and wanted to charge $1400 for a full replacement. Sam was very froendly, knowledgeable, and helpful and was able to seal, protect, and greatly reduce the appearance of damage.
