Charleston Auto Glass

I had an outstanding experience with Charleston Auto Glass from start to finish. From my very first phone call, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They guided me through every step of my insurance claim, answered all my questions, and got me scheduled much sooner than I expected. I dropped my car off the night before, and they were even able to complete the replacement earlier than promised. I specifically requested an OEM windshield, and they delivered exactly what I asked for. When I picked up my Mustang, it was spotless, and the installation looked absolutely perfect. They treated my car with the same care I would have, and that meant a lot to me. This is exactly how customer service should be. Fast, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to quality. I honestly don’t think the experience could have been any better. If you need auto glass work, I 100% recommend Charleston Auto Glass. Supporting a local business that delivers this level of service is an easy choice. Thank you again to the entire team!

I had a fantastic experience with Nicholas and the team at Charleston Auto Glass! From scheduling my appointment to check-in and the installation itself, the entire process was seamless and professional. I have a 2026 Lincoln Navigator, and the windshield wasn’t easy to track down because of all the technology and camera systems involved. Charleston Auto Glass worked directly with my insurance company to make sure the correct OEM windshield was ordered and installed. Nicholas completed the installation in about an hour, and the workmanship was exceptional. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, making the short wait easy. When my vehicle was returned, it was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off; you would never have known anyone had been working on it. If you’re looking for honest, professional, high-quality auto glass service, I highly recommend Nicholas and Charleston Auto Glass. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I called Charleston Glass to have my side door glass on my truck replaced after my truck was broken into. Within 24 hrs they found the glass and had it installed! Fast, reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough good things about Charleston Auto Glass! Talk about making lemonade from lemons. My husband hit a turkey (please see photo) with our new car which is as unbelievable and wild as it sounds (we’re finally at a point that we can laugh about it!). Very shortly after, he had to go out of town. Tricia was incredibly kind in a stressful time in our lives. She expedited the special glass to arrive in Charleston that day, worked with us and our busy schedules, and was able to help us replace the windshield the very same day. I was fortunate enough to have no experience with making a car insurance claims before this instance. She made everything effortless, 3 way called my insurance company with me so we could all speak together to get our windshield fixed quickly. Wonderful to people to work with! Definitely will be back with any future needs. Thank you to Tricia and the entire staff!

Excellent, quick service. Trisha did everything possible to make sure they had the glass needed for my windshield replacement and got me fixed up a week and a half quicker than the next fastest quote I got. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I don’t think I could’ve made a better choice with where I elected to go for this service.
