Classic Collision

I can't even tell what happened to my car. It's completely gone and before schedule!!! Amber and the staff genuinely care and keep your informed every step of the way!!!! Couldn't be happier.

Shannon and Amber were absolutely amazing\! They took what was a really stressful and frustrating situation and made the entire process so much easier to deal with\. Their kindness, professionalism, and communication made all the difference\. They truly went above and beyond, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about them\. If you ever need collision repair, you’re in great hands with Shannon and Amber\. Thank you both for making a difficult experience so much better\!

I had the passenger side mirror replaced and the front windshield I was absolutely satisfied with the outcome I was also told as long as I owned the vehicle It's under a lifetime warranty on the parts i will consider classic collision 5 Star 🌟

Unfortunately, I have had to have my vehicle repaired twice within the year due to fender benders. Fortunately, Chattanooga has Classic Collision. They make the whole process from estimate to final pickup extremely easy. The staff are super friendly but also professional.

I had to have my front bumper replaced. They did a great job! I felt the price was very fair. Very friendly staff! The fifth star is only missing because there was no communication from the drop off point until the text that my car was ready to be picked up. From reading reviews, I do believe I must have been an exception to their otherwise very communicative standard.
