They took incredible care of my truck! Luis is the man! I was updated throughout the repair process and it was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. He refused 2 damaged bumpers sent to make sure that the repair was up to his standards. They even cleaned the interior before returning the truck to me!

For over 20 years it has never been a decision on where I would take a vehicle. We have had 12 instances during that time and then a couple of personal things that we had done to cars and I always took it to a different shop. Well the newer young management at that shop really doesn't know how to talk to people, so I decided to try classic and I am very glad I did. Classic told me when it was going to be done they kept me well informed throughout the process and they charged my insurance company about $1,500 less than what the other shop was going to. Because I did go there for an estimate. The 4Runner looks great. they did a great job cleaning it up and even did a little better detail on the sides where it needed a little TLC. I have found a new home shop that me and my family will be going to from now on

Had my front bumper replaced. Everyone was super helpful and I received communication on how the repairs were going every step of the way . I got my car back earlier than originally planned and it looked better than when I bought it. I highly recommend this shop. Thank you Jeff, Luis and team. I can't give you all enough stars. I recently hit a deer and had to have my vehicle repaired. Classic Collision did an excellent job repairing my car. (3rd picture posted was taken after repairs) I even received it 5 days earlier than scheduled. Although the bumper did not align properly when initially picked up, Luis did an excellent job to make sure the issue was resolved. I appreciate how often Luis communicated during the entire process. He was very pleasant. The receptionist at the front desk was also very kind and needs to be commended as well. Thank you very much for a pleasant experience. Much appreciated.

They did a very nice job and was very helpful. John was my service technician and the lady at the front desk is a multitask juggler. She is very professional and fast. Will keep you updated every day through text on the process of your car. My car was finished a day ahead. Highly recommend.
